Recovery Support Services

SRS performed relief services for Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike in multiple states for the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security’s FEMA division with high service ratings. Construction Management

Construction Management (CM) combines preconstruction and construction services with budget, schedule and quality controls to maintain project integrity. Our team provides constructability and cost data showing interrelations and impacts of all building system and material options, empowering your team to make informed decisions.


Our estimating department provides accurate and detailed cost information at all levels of design. Our experience and extensive database allows us to use the most basic preliminary drawings to develop detailed assumptions and relevant cost data. We can develop cost-benefit analyses on various design options, highlighting alternatives and giving true life cycle cost scenarios.


Our Design/Build services take our clients from the concept phase to the final completed project and everything in between. Instead of contracting separately with the architect and the contractor, we provide a single point of responsibility.

Program Management and Project Support

SRS also offers full owner representation services to develop project goals and the project budget. For clients who have never been involved with a construction project, we develop their budgets, manage cash flows, and develop facility operation plans.
